Niche Product Formula For All Men & Women Who Want to Make Money In Niche Marketing, But Were Not Sure How!
What is it that motivates you to boot up, log on to your favorite Web service and begin the work that you do every day? We know that some everyday Web users are simply doing their jobs, others are perhaps searching for available jobs (especially in this jobless economy) in the eMarketplace and still others are entrepreneurs seeking to carve out their own special place on the Web. We'll call this last group the Web's Innovation Niche seekers.
Yes they've entered a very competitive race which they expect to WIN, but in order for that to happen it is necessary for them to reduce the number of their competitors by reducing the fields in which they compete. In other words, if I can be extremely simplistic, it is easier to win a race involving 2 runners (you don't want to finish 2nd. in a two-man race) than it is to win a 1,000 runner marathon, and we know the Web's competitive field is in the millions. The knowledgeable and experienced entrepreneurs increase their odds of winning by reducing the field that they are competing against. They do this by creating niches.
Since we know that the Web consists of millions of marketers seeking to beat each other in the race of achievement and success and these marketers operate under a number of different titles, identities, and aliases while representing various interests and entities, the simple fact remains that at the end of the day they are all attempting to do the same thing; Promote, market and ultimately sell their products and/or services in the cyber marketplace. The Web/Internet/Online/Cyberspace is basically the same playing field, there are not three separate markets since anyone with a computer and internet connection can participate in this market. My reference to this phenomenal marketplace as the Web is more of a personal choice than anything else although I'm fully aware of existing distinctions.

The Web can be compared to the arena in which World Cup of soccer is played in that it is where the world competes and one of the few ways to be successful and WIN in this global arena is to search for, locate and participate in your own localized games or create a few pf your own and invite others to compete. These small games can better be described as niches and your incentive to participate in them is to give yourself a better chance of WINning. Innovative ideas goes further towards winning in this arena than any other single element because Innovation is the basis for all the "fresh" content that is so desperately craved for this Web to continue to thrive.
So with that said, let's take a look at some existing niches, find other niches within the existing batch and create incentives for the Innovation of others through a cooperated effort towards mutual benefits and rewards. If you have a target market, an industry, a group, etc. it will be a lot easier to understand the needs of your customers and provide a viable service to meet those needs. One excellent strategy is to find a niche market for yourself (for example--web hosting for churches). That doesn't mean you should come up with a totally new niche. You can simply find a niche with growth potential or little competition. This often works best if you focus on one of your passions.
